The Training Session of the Arab League

A session for training the coaches (1st level) took successfully place in Beirut, under the supervision of the crossbow Arab League, with the assistance of the International League (FITA). The participants in the league were:

-The colonel Mohamed El Chazly, Mahmoud Hassan Ahmad (Egypt), Elias El Eid, Ziad Sabboura, Imad Sakkal, Abdo Bajinka (Syria), Mohamad Kassem Hussein, Layss Hachem Fadel, Tarek Ziad Khalil, ben Jihad Imran, Alya` Taha Lazem (Iraq), Philippe Tamer, Toufic Chachine, Ziad Mansour, Abdo Wazen, and Maroun Sfeir (Lebanon).

-The period of the session was 5 days, knowing that the Dutch Andre Kolar was present at the festival and he has complimented some of the participants for the competence and skills in this sport, especially the Lebanese participant Philippe Tamer who was granted by a training certificate from the European League of the game in Turkey. The Dutch expert has confirmed the ability of Tamer to be a Junior coach, as he is someone whose experience are so useful in Arab countries, that aim to prepare new players generation.

-The president of the Lebanese and Arab Archery Federations Mr. Jack Tamer has felicitated the participants at the end of the festival, for the success that has been achieved up on both organizational and technical levels.

-It has been decided that the participants in the second session will be tested about what they learned during the first session, in order to let them be granted by a coach certificate (1st level), according what has been convened with Task Force office and the International League of the game.
